George Private Kitchen first begun serving Chinese fare, from gourmet Cantonese dishes to time-honoured Chiu Chow favourites, in 2014 at a small boutique hotel in Yau Ma Tei to a small number of friends and food connoisseurs.

George learned to cook from renowned husband-and-wife duo Chan Keilum and Diora Fong, who have written over ten best-selling cookbooks on the art of Chinese cooking. With the support of his masters, George continues to hone his skills, bringing warm and authentic Chinese dishes that are now hard to find in the mass market.

Made fresh on the spot from ingredients and produce sourced from the local markets, George’s dishes are made with meticulous care, and are guaranteed MSG-free. Our menu is extensive, and can be viewed here.
